Jacob McNulty :: President

Jacob McNulty brings to Orbital RPM experience and education focused on corporate learning. He is proud to serve on the Business Intelligence Board for CLO [Chief Learning Officer] Magazine as well as be part of the inaugural class of certified Chief Learning Officers through both the CLO Institute and the CLO Academy.

Most recently Jacob was the Director of Learning and Development with ELS where he focused on implementing learning solutions that integrated with overall performance solutions for several Fortune 500 and Inc. 500 companies. He received his Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Colorado and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Florida.  Jacob has also served as the Director of Human Resources for a nationwide facilities management company, a leadership development consultant for a national firm and an organizational development consultant to a Colorado state government agency.

Orbital RPM has a unique focus as a result of Jacob’s diverse background of consulting, leadership and academia. This blend of real world experience and an academic-like focus on researching the newest and most effective learning and development methodology ensures solutions that create lasting changes in skills and mindsets while positively impacting the bottom-line.
